Kiewa-Tangambalanga Customer Experience Centre Pop Ups - Feedback Survey

From January to June 2025, we trialed face-to-face Customer Experience services at the Kiewa-Tangambalanga Lions Club. We were available on the last Tuesday of each month between 9am and 4pm to provide in-person assistance with the aim of bringing support and guidance to residents in a more personal and accessible way.

This service was trialed for a six-month period to gauge community interest and viability and we're now keen to hear your feedback to determine the possibility of this initiative continuing as a regular service.
