Council proposed a change to the planning rules for the Beechworth Railway Precinct, the site that includes the old Railway Station building, the Goods Shed, and the surrounding land.
The change (known as Amendment C80indi) would allow the site to be used for tourism and business activities, alongside its current use, in line with the Beechworth Railway Precinct Land Management Plan from 2019.
