About these projects
These grant funded projects will improve accessibility at three community facilities.
Why are these project being undertaken?
Council was successful in securing funding to enable minor upgrades at the facilities listed below to improve accessibility. The funding is specifically designed to enable more people, including people with disability and dementia, to participate in community and social activities.
How is it being funded?
This project is being funded through the Victorian Government's Universal Design Funding Round 2022

| Rutherglen Senior Citizens Centre - staged improvement of amenities, paths and access to the centre | $26,200 |
| Chiltern Senior Citizens Clubrooms - installation of signage, pathways and linkages to the building and car parks. | $85,500 |
